Lulu is a short film written and directed by Leo Daniel Milmet. I scored this Film Fall 2023 for a chamber ensemble of piano, cello, string bass, and trumpet. The first ~3 minutes of the 16 and a half minute film are available here, featuring the first two cues.

This piece was written Fall 2023 for choreographer Shannon Courtney, and premiered March 6th 2024, with additional performances March 7th and March 8th. This collaboration evolved from a series of discussions between myself and the choreographer, in which we discussed incorporating a mixture of optimism and uncertainty, joy and fear, the essence of what comes next as we move form one stage of life to another.

Headlights is the car bearing down in the night. The end, drawing ever nearer. The last build of tension before release. Headlights, for Chamber Orchestra, was composed Spring 2024 and premiered April 30th, 2024 with Elijah Zelaya conducting. Unfortunately a recording is not available at this time. Forgotten Memories, for Alto Saxophone and Fixed Media, grew out of a conversation I had with Ben Levesque in which we found we both had grandparents who had been lost to Alzheimer's. Forgotten Memories serves as an elegy to those memories, to the self, to the things we forget, the lives we have lived and lost somewhere in the days gone by. The piece was premiered February 27, 2024, and is performed by Ben Levesque, Alto Saxophone, with Dr. Kyle Grimm starting the fixed media.

Arrival and Farewell for fixed media is an ambient journey through time and purpose. Every new beginning an ending, every arrival, a farewell. The piece was premiered live April 2nd 2024 in West Hartford Connecticut.
